To EISAI Tea, tea is meditative drink, and also a lifestyle that we advocate. With that in mind, we are committed to minimize carbon footprint in every aspect of our mission

When we grow our tea:

We proudly eliminate the use of pesticide and avoid GMO cultivars to make sure our entire catalog is organic. In addition, we stick with the traditional way when making teas, which means teas are hand picked, roasted and dried without heavy machines.



When we transport our tea:

We only use sea freight instead of air freight to minimize carbon footprint. Planes generate far more greenhouse gas than oversea ships. So we stick with the most energy-efficient way to deliver teas to your doorstep,



When we pack and process our tea:

We do it in a solar energy powered facility with minimal packaging. The aluminum can is reusable and compostable; our food-grade tea sachets are made of corn starch instead of plastics; other packaging materials are all recyclable papers.
