We understand you want to get your favorite tea ASAP, so we process our order immediately after we receive it. Please allow 1-2 business days for the shipment to be prepared. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders above $39.

Return & Exchange

We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Eisai Tea is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality-related issues. Please note that orders are subject to a 20% or higher restocking fee, depending on circumstances. If you purchased your tea from a third party such as Amazon or Whole Foods, please note we lack access to your purchase history with these retailers, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer at which you purchased the items for the resolution of all product-related issues. We apologize that we can't assist you directly with these purchases.
